Realtor of Excellence is pleased to announce the addition of a new team member, Josh Weston, to its well-established Offshore team. Josh, a professional realtor with Welsh heritage and a passion for real estate, brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the team.
Originally from Cardiff, Wales, Josh has been living in Switzerland since the age of three and is fluent in both Swiss and High German. His background in Swiss schools and his cultural knowledge allow him to effectively communicate and bridge any language barriers that may arise in the real estate process.
At just 18 years old, Josh’s youthful energy and commitment to exceptional service tailored to clients’ needs make him a valuable asset to the team. Working alongside Founder Toni Enderli, he aims to provide an outstanding real estate experience to clients from around the world.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Josh has a passion for rugby, which has taught him the values of teamwork and determination. He also enjoys drone flying and photography, enabling him to capture stunning images of properties and showcase their unique features.
